Dale I. Fredrick
Of Counsel Dale I. Frederick is an aggressive trial attorney focusing primarily in criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Frederick has an outstanding record as a trial attorney with over 90% success rate at trial. After graduating from Hofstra University School of Law, Mr.Frederick worked as a trial attorney for the Legal Aid Society and the New York County Defender Services, where he represented defendants in serious felonies and misdmeanors. Mr. Frederick has also worked as a Landlord-Tenant lawyer advocating for the rights of tenants and landlords.
Outside of litigation, Mr. Frederick also handles Real Estate closings, child custody and support proceedings as well as matrimonial matters. He has worked within the court system as the Principal Court Attorney for a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court where he assisted the judge in handling hundreds of criminal cases. Mr.Frederick has taught at the Criminal Justice Clinic at Hofstra University School of Law as the Supervising Attorney. In addition, Mr. Frederick currently volunteers as an Arbitrator in Small Claims Court in both Bronx and Kings County and as an instructor at the Benjamin Cardozo Law School's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
