"Got my case dismissed"

I was given a ticket for running a red light by a young,  aggressive
police officer recently. The officer confused me by saying I was
speeding then changing the charge to a red light. I came away from the
encounter with the officer scared and angry, knowing I had been given
a violation that seemed false and furthermore seemed invented by an
inexperienced rookie officer. When I told the officer he was incorrect
he told me he would "see me in court then" and walked away defiantly.

I found Joe  Villanueva's number online and he guided me through the
basic procedures of the court. Joe took care of the court appearance
and got my case dismissed. I didn't even need to take a day off from
work everything was done for me. If I had gotten just one point my
license, my insurance would have gone up and I may have even gotten a
suspended license.

quick resolution to their motor vehicle problems with courts who would
gladly take money from most of us who don't know how the court system
works.
