The Village of Rouses Point (Pop. 2,209/2010 U.S. Census) New York lies north of the City of Plattsburgh in Clinton County. As the crow flies, it is less than a mile from the International Canada/United States border at Quebec. The village sits at the junction of U.S. Route 2 and U.S. Route 11/Lake Street in the area of the village court, held in Halstead Hall at the Rouses Point Civic Center.
