The court is located at 34 Fifth Avenue in Pelham New York in the southern region of Westchester County. It is surrounded by the Bronx, the City of Mount Vernon and the City of New Rochelle. This court’s jurisdiction is encompasses both Pelham and Pelham Manor.
The court is conveniently located a few blocks away from the Hutchinson River Parkway and the Metro North train station. The court does not have a dedicated parking lot for its visitors. However, there is ample metered parking on the street.
Court is held on various days of the week. Criminal cases tend to be heard at their night court session while moving violations tend to be heard during their day court session.
The wait to see a prosecutor and judge can be substantial depending on the amount of cases that are scheduled and the law enforcement agency that issued the summons.
